      Shipping Information 

      All orders will ship within 2-7 business days, M-F, except for holidays. We do not conduct business on weekends. Large orders may require additional handling time. Orders ship from Illinois. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

       

      Transit time within the U.S. is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the items you order, as well as the distance the package must travel. Currently, we are not offering Expedited Shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Canadian transit times are 6-20 business days depending on the service used to ship your package.

       

      Occasionally carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you are eligible for a refund if the package does not show delivered within 30 days. We will not refund before 30 days have passed. Canadian shipments are not eligible for our 30 day refund policy. Canadian shipments are eligible for refund if they do not show delivered 30 days after the estimated transit time has passed. Thank you for your understanding.

      If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customers will be refunded for the product cost only. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

      Return Policy, Damages, and Order Issues 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

       

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

       

      To start a return, you can contact us at info@owlandgoosegifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You have 14 days to notify us if there is a problem with your order. Photos will be required in the case of Imperfect items. If we made a mistake or your item is damaged, we'll make it right for you.
