Our Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, M-F, except for holidays. We do not conduct business on weekends. Large orders may require additional handling time. Orders ship from Illinois. We currently ship internationally.

Transit time within the U.S. is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the items you order, as well as the distance the package must travel. Currently, we are not offering Expedited Shipping. U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. International orders will be shipped via DHL or USPS.

We may periodically offer Free Shipping on orders over $100. This promotion will not be available at all times. Orders shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states will be eligible for free shipping if their order total (before discounts and taxes) is over $100. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or internationally are not eligible for this promotion.

If a package is refused, the full product cost will be refunded to the customer once the package arrives back to our location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Occasionally carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment if the package does not show delivered within 30 days of the shipment date. We will not refund or reship your order before 30 days have passed. International shipments are not eligible for our 30 day refund policy. International shipments are eligible for refund if they do not show delivered 30 days after the estimated transit time has passed. Thank you for your understanding.

If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customers will be refunded for the product cost only. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost, and your refund will be applied after the order has been returned to us

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their address correctly on their order. We are happy to edit the Shipping Address for any order that has not yet been processed for shipping, however, Owl & Goose Gifts cannot be held liable for addresses that are entered incorrectly. Owl & Goose Gifts reserves the right to limit the purchase of any items on this site. Products sold on our website are for end-user customers only and are not for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
