Shipping Information

Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping carriers, such as UPS and USPS, are only estimates and represent the best-case scenario. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates.

While we strive to process and ship your order promptly, carrier delays are beyond our control.

All orders will ship within 1-4 business days, M-F, except for holidays. We do not conduct business on weekends. Oversized orders (25 or more items) may require an additional 3-5 business days handling time. Orders ship from Illinois.

Transit time within the U.S. is 2-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the items you order, as well as the distance the package must travel. Currently, we are not offering Expedited Shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Canadian and International transit times are 6-20 business days depending on the service used to ship your package.

Occasionally carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you are eligible for a refund if the package does not show delivered within 30 days. We will not refund before 30 days have passed. Canadian and International shipments are not eligible for our 30 day refund policy. Canadian and International shipments are eligible for refund if they do not show delivered 30 days after the estimated transit time has passed. Thank you for your understanding.

If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customers will be refunded for the product cost only. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Return Policy, Damages, and Order Issues

Orders and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return - items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging. Sealed items must remain unopened.

Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns on:
•    Items labeled *FINAL SALE*
•    Gift Cards
•    Opened sealed products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (additional time may be required by your bank.)

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item. We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

Product Variations
Due to the nature of manufacturing, slight variations may occur (such as minor stitching or shape differences, fabric variations, etc). These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
